Batch Audio Mixer

An application that mixes [x] Input Files (sound) from the Input Zip file, with one "overlay" sound file, to produce [x] output sound files in a zip file, according to a template which defines fade effects. Input Zip: A zip or [login to view URL] file containing Input Files (batch mode) or a single Input File. Input File: A sound file, which can be one of the following formats *.vox (Dialogic ADPCM) - use libsndfile, *.mp3, or *.wav Overlay File: one wav, vox, or mp3 file Output file: A processed sound file for each Input File with the same properties and format as the input file, that have been mixed with the Overlay based on the Template. Output Zip: A zip file containing all the files and directories of the Input Zip, with each Input File replaced by an Output File. If the Input Zip is just a file, than the output will be just a file. Template: A text file that describes how the Input File's and Overlay File will be mixed to produce the Output File's. The following options must be available. - Input - Start Time, Length - Start Volume %, End Volume %, Fade Options (e.g. linear) - Overlay - Start Time, Length - Start Volume %, End Volume %, Fade Options (e.g. linear) - OutputFile - Length, Format Where above parameters are not used, 0 start time and lenght of input file to be assumed. A sample file provided in Scope of Work document. (Note: libsndfile is a library that supports vox, ecasound is an open source project that can do similar mixing, but this application must work in windows, linux and solaris, and all rights must belong to the buyer). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done including libraries used. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows: a) A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request (Windows XP executable and source, and source that will compile on linux and solaris 9). 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP (single installation executable, and all source). Unix (Solaris 9, and Gentoo Linux with 2.6 kernel).
