Hi,
I require a DB reporting web app built. It will be installed by the end-user on a windows 2000\2003 server and be accessed by clients on 2000\XP. The client should be able to logon then create, save and view reports
I am not looking for too many features but the end product should look great and be easy to use. Ideally it should be content managed, highly configurable and based on an Ajax framework.
The product should be easy to use by the end user and not look overly complicated.
I am looking to go ahead with project as soon as the correct coder comes along. Please respond with:

**Functionality**
1. Built using an Ajax framework (others considered):

4. An admin account to allow the likes of
1) DB connections
2) users and\or groups
3) adhoc global settings
5. Have user accounts\groups with different levels of access
6. Passwords in database should be encrypted.

6. Creating Reports
Three Methods to create reports:
6.1 1) SQL Wizard - A series of steps (without refreshing the full screen) which build up a working SQL query
6.2 2) direct SQL entry - allows the user paste the SQL into a box (only with preferred accounts)
6.3 3) pre-built queries - let the user select a stored proc (pre defined by an admin) and input the required inputs
6.4 Each report should be able to be saved and available to their group
7. Displaying reports
7.1 Report should be picked from the above saved reports
7.2 The number of rows per page should be configurable by the user and at a global default value
7.3 The rows should be configurable live on screen without refreshing the full page:
1) sorting by any column
2) hiding\showing columns
3) filtering data in a column
7.4 There should be an option to save the current filtered dataset to xls with basic formatting, csv or xml
8. Layout should be optimised to use the screen as best as possible
**Deliverable Agreements
**1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition within an installer. The complete install should be in one install package, be easy to use and work on any Microsoft server.
3) The final product should have some sort of security that would stop the source from being updated\changed when installed on the clients server
4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. and UK Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
