add a prefix to the data taken from the form field

I have a record insertion form which is built by using dreamweavers vb & asp.net functionalities. The data is recoreded to an ms sql database. My problem is that I need a prefix to be added to the data which is entered in one of the form fields. As an example: user enters "data" in the form field and pushs the button and the text "data" is inserted into the database column but I need this to be modified as "prefix/data". in other words; The user types "data" but this is recorded to the database as "prefix/data" the files are attached, please do not bid without reviewing them. you will apply the prefix to the field named "jingle_path" in both files. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
