DNN CSS simple skin without menu

Basic DNN skin. No tables, CSS based. All fonts, sizes and colors to be adjustable in CSS. Preferably XHTML. Must pass W3C validation service. 970px wide, and centered on users screen. White background. Several panes, where all panes have dynamic height. All panes collapse in width and height if pane is empty.? All panes with black single line borders, and adjustable (all in one or individually) down to 0px. No navigation menu. ## Deliverables Skin is to be 970px wide, and centered on users screen. The Signup/login/logedin part will be solved thru a Skin Object that we will provide ourselves. The Horizontal Main Navigation will be solved thru a Skin Object that we will provide ourselves. There is no Vertical navigation nor any other type of sub-navigation menu. Default Tahoma in size 10, in all skin and panes. Background in all Skin is White. All panes with borders that are bordered with Black single line, adjustable down to 0px (all in one or individually) (0px= invisible border, and Default) All panes are to have dynamic Height. All panes, if empty, are to collapse in width and height. All pane rows have one pane that gets all the rest of the width that the panes on its right and/or left do not use. Skin must work on Internet Explorer 6+, and the newest versions of Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Opera. Must work on DNN 494 and 5+. No tables, CSS based.
