Customization of Paypal/Stormpay Affiliate Script

I have a script that is an affiliate management script allowing affiliates to sign up and earn a percentage of sales made. When the affiliate sends a custmer to their affiliate link the custmer can choose to pay with paypal or stormpay and they pay the affiliate directly and instantly. What I need is for this script to be customized and installed on another site that I am running. The site offers 100% commissions on the front end (affiliate should be paid instantly) and I offer an upsell of which is paid to me. The affiliates should be able to log into their members area to track sales, unique hits, raw hits, and conversion ratio. To the right coder this job should take no more than 2 days and should be very easy. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). Extra Details- Admin area should offer a page to see all affiliates and their data including raw hits, unique hits, sales, and conversions, and be able to sort the columbs to see the best affiliates at the top. Should allow any percent commission to be paid on the front end product (including 100%) and anything less than 100% should be any combination of two numbers equaling 100%: example: affiliate 40% myself: 60% Or affiliate 100% OR myself 100% The one time offer after purchase should be the same and able to offer any percent commission. After a purchase is made and the one time offer is seen the user should be taken to the sign up form to create an account (the script I already have includes most of this but just needs setup) and the name and email should be added to my autoresponder account. Depending on if the user purchased the one time offer or not, a seperate "one time offer" downloads section should be included in the members area of those that paid.
