Convert dotnetnuke discussion board to [login to view URL] or phBB, for SEO purposes and faster loading

I have a discussion board here:

It loads very slowly and the Dot net nuke asp.net pages are very seldom ranked by google.? I have tried manually indexing pages myself.? I am tired of it.?

Can I get faster loading and better seo indexing of pages with community server portal?? or phBB?? others?? If you can convert it easily I will pay $175-300 depending on how much work I have to do and what your suggestions would be.?

If it was appropriate I could open a hosting account somewhere, then you could upload and install and convert on the new server/hosting account.? I would prefer this.? I want to put it on a different IP anyways as it may increase my page rank where it points.? right now it is on the same server as the site which I wish it to provide SEO for.
