Phase 1. Part 1: front page. It is already graphically exists. Check [[login to view URL]][1] The information for any advertisement on this project always must be taken from Data Base (DB). Part 2: Regional Listing web pages that strictly designed to show the banners only. Those web pages are in Macromedia Flash format. I have all graphics. All pages are blank. They need to be filled out at server site. All information is coming from DB. Part 3: Customer login page. For new customers it will be buffer as a temporary folder where information will be waiting for payment completion (secure to accept and process credit card transactions via Miva Merchant or Paypal) and approval by administrator before it appears on data base. Current Customer login: extend a contract, buy more banners, or modify Customer information and/or Product Description. Part 4: identical to the task that was done by Part 1 but on customer login page. Phase 2. Part 5: search engine page design - new page (ASP.NET technology) to narrow down the search results. Part 6: improve the documentation and reports exchange between the payer and the payee. Part 7: statistics, click counters, and report forms. Store all results to DB. Part 8: add the additional tools for web links (hyperlinks), address, phone and other customer information verification as a maintenance task. Part 9: add additional functions to banner dynamics, exactly the way it was described for part 4. Part 10: add new features - check the news, weather conditions, flight information… ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
