Technical requirements: -All the design applications and project components must be built over Drupal-5.2 CMS platform. -All project components must be built in a modular form; change in the CMS core is not accepted. -All designed modules must be reliable and fits web high performance standards. -All website components must be suitable for IE and Firefox browsers. -The website platform: Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP -Drupal for the CMS and VBulletin for the Forum -The Programming, the Site Design and Script Installation. -The administrator has more management options and statistics.
