I require the creation of an online e-purse web application, preferably on ASP.NET or PHP. This application is required to be integrated within a current website and will act as an electronic purse which will work in cooperation with a desktop application. The e-purse application should enable users create customer account, to load fund onto their virtual account, block lost and stolen cards/account and to manage their transactions. The database of a current website is required to be interlinked within this application in order to store customer details. Customer payments will appear electronically within the web application. A payment gateway will be required to process client payments. In essence the outcome of this project is to enable users to purchase items at a POS system which facilitates payment via NFC. Essentially, the goal of this project is to not only eliminate queues for customers but also minimise payment processing fees. An initial prototype will be required for testing. I require the creation of a desktop application which will act as a simplified version of a POS system. There are four components which this desktop application will contain. These includes (which enables products to be added and removed from the system, payment processing (this will only allow cash payment or payment through NFC carriers), back office element which enables customer tracking and access to real time reporting. There is a security element required to be implement which will require the name of photo of each customer to be displayed on the computer when a customer wishes to pay via NFC payment. The option of NFC payment will work by payments though a e-purse account. In essence this will be information sent from each customer's virtual account to determine if a user has enough funds in their account. There are other elements which are required to function within this desktop application which will be discussed in details with each proposal received. PLEASE NOTE THIS JOB REQUIRES A FREELANCER WITH PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH NFC.
