Adding Dynamic functions to Website Gallery

I am in the process of creating a web art gallery, for a project.
However i am having trouble understanding on how to make certain parts of the webiste dynamic.
Below is what i need help on:
I have a members gallery page that contains the current members names from the database. These name will have links on them. Once a user clicks on the links they will be directed to a single gallery page (also created), where thier profile, name and picture thumbnail+ details will be viewed. The picture and member data must be related to only that member name that was clicked. Furthermore, each picture will have a 'more' link. After the user has presed this link the will be taken to a details page, i.e. Master/Detail Configuration (also created), where the picture will be bigger and more detail will be shown.
The picture should match that of the picture that was clicked.
Note: I have also created a 'create member account' feature so any new member that is created i would like thier name to be on the member gallery page and thier picture on thier respective page.
What i would like is someone to create a tutorial on how this can be done for my website
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
