Add about 50 products to my website

I need to add about 50 dickies jackets to my website here [login to view URL] The database is in mysql and we do have an admin to add products. The products I need added are on this page I believe a few of the duck and denim ones might already be on our website [login to view URL] there are 4 different size images for each product I can supply the images you will need to add the product name, prices, sizes, colors, descriptions (overview + more info tab on dickies website), item # (dickie-(the item number they have on their website) all of this information can be found on their website or if its easier I might be able to get an xml or csv file from them strikeout price should equal 30% markup from the regular price
