ActiveX control over a TV-card (REPOST)

The goal of this project is to develop a .NET ActiveX control that must be based in the DDL’s included in the open source project “Media Portal??. [[url removed, login to view]][1]

The control will show a TV screen and must be able to automatically select the tuning card that is being using (although we must be able to change this card

manually by means of some type of configuration file or configuration program). This TV screen works without anything that allows something to control it; it only shows a square with the image of the TV.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

We know that this software develop requires a TV tuner card to test it. Like this is a cost concept different from software (we think that hardware cost should be taken out of RAC), we are going to make the following proposal:

The TV turner we are going to use for testing is Dvico FusionHDTV DVB-T Dual Digital. We are interested in acquire this hardware after develop ending. So, if you need to buy a TV turner for this development, and don’t want to afford its cost, we will pay 300 USA$ after receive the hardware (send cost included). Other TV cards could be negotiated.

Of course, we are open to other proposals.
