ActiveX control - dependancy missing related to my sql

<[login to view URL]> We have developed one activeX control (OCX) using vb 6.0 and using with our online application developed on .net platform (asp.net, vb.net and sql server). Our control is digitally signed with comodo and it is working fine in our current appliction. we wanted some changes in our existing activeX control and in the new control we are also using my sql (third party component). control is ready with the new funtionality using my sql but when i am creating CAB file for digital signature, it is showing dependancy missing related to my sql and because of this problem control is not appearing on the client machine. we included ODBC [login to view URL] with the CAB file, when we are opening the online web page containing this activex, It prompts for downloading as it is digitally signed and it is downloaded at client machine and appear in the c:\windows\download program files\ but still the control is not appearing in the webpage because of some missing dependecny related to my sql. I'll update the above link with the control soon, and can send the code to the selected bidder before awarding the project.
