Accounting Program code by VB/VB.NET/ASP/ASP.NET with scources code

My company requests Accounting System Modules, which code by VB/VB.NET or ASP/ASP.NET (bidder should deploy me not only executable program but also all program coding and database programming, design, triggers ...etc). Features must include basing accounting features such as: General Ledger, Chart of Account, Trail Balance, Account Receivable, Sales Invoice, Credit Note, Account Payable, Purchase Invoice, Debit Note, Post and Un-post Voucher …etc. ONLY Bidder who already have completed product will be consider. So please unload any screen capture (Must have), documentations, user Manuel, features lists to me for consideration.
