ASPX/HTML Page Creation from Adobe Graphic Design Files

Create a set of ASPX pages that match (as closely as possible) the graphic design for a new web user interface. We have created a new user interface design for an existing web-based survey system. The user interface was designed using Adobe Illustrator, and the files for all of the user interface screens are in EPS file format. There are 17 screens that need to be translated from EPS file format to ASPX pages (i.e. HTML text and ASP.NET controls).? A detailed sample is included in this bid request.? Each ASPX page should be modelled after this example (notice how [login to view URL] is implemented in [login to view URL]).? Please feel free to improve upon this if you are able to provide a closer match to the original design. Buttons and labels must be in HTML text (no images) in order to support future internationalization. No programming (apart from standard HTML layout) is required or requested for this project. This is strictly a "translation" from EPS design files to HTML and CSS files. Full details for this request are provided in the attached zip file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
