ASP.net Coding of Application

This bid is to develop the ASP.net code ONLY for a secure web application. Users will login and be able to buy certain services so you will need to have some sort of transaction and shopping cart system and also interface with a credit card gateway. The shopping cart system must handle the sale and redemption of gift certificates and discounts (at the item and entire order level, similar to the [url removed, login to view] website.) Users will also fill out some sophisticated forms with some workflow. Also will consist of developing a report with graphs and charts.
All of the design work will be done and we can also do the HTML; you will have to code and make the application come together and work with a SQL Server database. (We can also do some of the complex queries for you.) Bonus if you can optimize our HTML and set up templates for us in Dreamweaver or Visual Interdev with CSS. Will require ASP.net, SQL Server and Javascript skills. Your code must also control the flow and integrity of the application. The application must also integrate with an already purchase asp-code based online chat/service application.
The system purpose is to create an online college application submission, retrieval and analysis system.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
## Platform
Windows Server 2003, .net, SQL Server. Must run in three most recent versions of AOL, Netscape and Internet Explorer.
