ASP code cleanup / fix

This is a statistics based website with the need to clean up the code to make the statistics show up clearly on the back end. A majority of the code is written as a starting point however it's not functioning correctly. The two biggest problems at the moment are 1) the calculations for top 3 players can not show more then one age group on the index page of the sport. And 2) there is no scoreboard system for leagues which will report correctly. This should be a ESPN - type portal for little league / high school players. There is a seperate MySQL database for each sport and table structures should be in place. Although calculations for each sport static can be given to the programmer, someone who has an understanding of american sports is perferred. reports from 4 sports - Baseball, football, basketball, & soccer. The ablity to show a scoreboard system for leagues, and standings. Extra components could be: Intregration to paypal's IPN for subscribers for automated subscription process Making the news system dynamic so that reporters could log in and post their news and stories which corrospond to a certain player show up automatically on a player's profile. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform the server is a windows server 2000 the code itself which runs the front end is preferrably ASP, ASP.NET, but can be PHP included in the ASP shell page or for the scoreboard can be a java applet the database at the moment is MySQL, but the server has the ability to run SQL Server 2000
