ASP/SQL Server 95th Percentile utility

We have a Database that has Thousands and thousands of records that contain Groundwater Elevation values that are used to create a statistic page <[url removed, login to view]>

The problem is that the numbers are wrong as they are not being properly calculated for the percentile. I have some very good SQL server functions that calculate the correct values however I can not seem to figure out how to make an ASP application to be able to use the functions. I want to give a coder the tables used, the SQL code and the page example of the current site and have them recreate the page with the new SQL code to get the correct percentiles. we are including several files you can download to see, including SQL scripts to recreate our database and example code. We want the coder to replicate the page (also attached) using the NEW correct Code and send us the fixed file so we can simply upload it to the server. Please do NOT attempt to "fix the current code" as it was written incorrectly and does not compute percentiles correctly. We need this completed as SOON as possible. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
