ASP/SQL Report Rewrites/Updates

This project consists of the re-writing of a series of “reports?? or web pages that generate excel reports for three different databases systems. These reports are nothing more than a series of web pages (forms) that generate an excel sheet (report) upon selection of the appropriate fields and options in the form. The web forms have data-driven elements that are populated by data coming from an SQL database. The set of report generating pages is essentially the same for all three systems. In other words, once we rewrite the set of report generating pages for the ID system. We can essentially port the updated code to ID Fed and MT system. There will be some minor adjustments done for the two other systems, but for the most part the code will be the same. **PROBLEM:** At the present time, all the report pages (html) have been created and have the appropriate form field and controls. So these front-end of these html pages _do not_ have to be modified. All we have to do is update/fix the existing back-end code. The problem is that the EXCEL report that is being generated is filled with erroneous and inaccurate data. **SOLUTION**: It is the job of the developers to update and/or re-write the back-end code that generates these reports and validate/fix the way data is stored in the database to ensure that the final generated report contains accurate and correct data. Developer must do the following: - Make sure that raw data is being collected appropriately and correctly stored in the appropriate database tables and correct data format. - Make sure that the excel report generating code selects the appropriate data from within the database and computes/formats data properly for accurate output in the excel report. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
