ASP.Net and VB.Net Online & Offline

This is going to be simple but very flexible application, it's basically a flash/avi/exe player, but mostly flash viewer more accurately and Online download and purchasing Store front and back end. So here is what it does, basically I should be able to import lots of flash or video files, and basically all it does is converts and those files to another extension which by the way should not be able to run even if you change it back to regular extension, then basically on the left side you have lots of categories and subcategories like those pdf help files with lots of categories and subs, anyways, it then plays those video files in a fixed resolution no matter what the client's resolution is and of course has the basic video playing functionality, like Play, stop, volume, Back, Next and so on the bottom of the screen. read the pdf for more details. Be sure to read and uderstand everything, however you need to be flexable with few additions I may have. Your bid also includes 3 months of bug fixing.
