ASP.NET Tutorial

As a veteran ASP developer the migration to .NET has been very painstaking for me. I have purchased books, and read tutorials, and yet I have no idea as to how to approach even the simplest project in ASP.NET I need a very concise document consisting of what the ASP.NET equivalents of certain ASP tasks are. I don't need line by line code explanations but I want to be informed about the general idea of the code block. I don't want built in ASP.NET web controls or functions, I want the real way of doing things like we used to do with ASP. ## Deliverables **In ASP:** Running a stored procedure and retrieving the records via GetRows into an array, and then looping through an array. I need something in ASP.NET that matches this maximum performance method. **In ASP:** Simply executing a stored procedure and passing arguments to it. **In ASP:** Uploading a file within a form containing other fields. **In ASP:** Creating a file containing functions and sub procedures which I can access from a file (includes, etc.) **In ASP:** Posting form information from page A to page B and handling that data. **In ASP:** Sending an html e-mail. **In ASP:** Using a regex expression to modify string data. **In ASP:** Builtin functions such as Trim, Instr, isEmpty, isNull, isNumeric, and anything else I might commonly encounter. **In ASP:** A brief breakdown of how to create classes and use them. I also need a breakdown of what file extensions and file types are necessary for a cohesive project. Please keep in mind all coding is done for high traffic websites. You must show me the most effective and optimum method of doing something. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
