We have created a checklist in MS Word 2007 and used tables to create the list in a structured form.
What we need now is to design a nice and appealing form layout for the checklist and create a PDF file of it (kind of a template) in which the respective fields are editable. The outcome should be storable as a new PDF file which could be used to work with it and which is editable too.
The content text of the checklist is in German but it is structured and thus it should not be a problem to work with.
