I have a Word Doc I need converted to PDF... I need the blank highlighted fields of the word DOC converted to fillable fields in the PDF. I also need to somehow allow recipients to insert an e- signature on the signature line.
In the Word Doc I've highlighted in YELLOW the fields that need to be fillable.
In the Word Doc I've also highlighted in BLUE the field that requires an ESignature. This Signature Line should Allow for all four types of Adobe Signatures including: Certificate, Image, Text, and Draw.
What I want back from you is a modified PDF that allows recipients to fill in the fillable fields and to insert an E-signature on the Signature line. I do NOT however want you to transfer the COLORED highlights from the Word doc over to the PDF.
