Develop a Mac Application (Prototype)

This is a basic initial description of an application I need built. A more detailed description / specification will be provided to the selected [login to view URL] is a prototype build, and not expected to be polished, optimal or bug free. Essentially, I want a Mac Application that can listen to voices, then transcribe those voices into actual text. There are many "voice to text" services and API's and I fully expect to be able to leverage one of those at little or no cost, in an interface (application) of our own design. 1. Ideally, this application would be able to distinguish between different individual voices and transcribe them separately. 2. This application would also need to filter out certain (common) words and identify other "key" words, then search a predefined datasource (we'll use google for the initially) and display results based on those key words in real time. Essentially that is it. As I mentioned, the selected developer will be asked to sign an NDA and given more specific details regarding purpose, featureset and implementation. As an engineer I'm fully aware of the scope of this application but i have my attention on other things at the moment. I'm paying a premium for quality, responsiveness and someone who can get the job done quickly and efficiently.
