To verify carer qualifications/experience
To have reviews for client and carer
To have a calendar system with time slots for carers
Payment collected at booking and payed out daily
Percentage to me for each booking and for each carer hour worked
NDIS has given their clients control of their funds and cuts out middle agency. Most say they are not concerned about not care plan or co-ordinator.
