I need a cool and simple way to manage my newsletters for my opencart site.

Right now users can select the option to receive newsletters, but i havent set anything up to actually send out the newsletters to them.

I would need something that integrates to my opencart site but is easy to use and has a cool template. I've attached a mockup of my own design idea but it doesnt have to look like this.
