ASP.NET C# Send email with password protected attachment

This is pretty simple. I need an ASP.NET/C# page that will basically send an email with a password protected zip file as an attachment.
Right now, I have an HTML page ([login to view URL]) containing a form with the following input fields: field1, field2, field3, field4, email, password.
When I click the "Preview" button, [login to view URL] posts/sends the above values to process.aspx.
[login to view URL] is a preview & submit page.
I need a developer to program [login to view URL] with the following guidelines:
1) [login to view URL] should be coded using C#.net
2) [login to view URL] should display the values of {field1, field2, field3, field4, email, password} in text format for previewing.
3) [login to view URL] should have a [Back] and [Submit] button.
4) The [Back] button should return the user to [login to view URL]
5) The [Submit] button should Send an HTML formated email to whatever email address was entered in the 'email' field.
6) The email will include a password protected zip file as an attachment using whatever password was entered in the 'password' field.
6.a) Anyone receiving an email from [login to view URL] should be able to use the 'password' to open the attached zipped file.
7) The body of the email should containing the names & values of field1 & field2. For example:
field1: 'value of field1'
field2: 'value of field2'
8) The password protected zip file should contain a text file ([login to view URL]) with the names & values of field3 & field4. For example:
field3: 'value of field3'
field4: 'value of field4'
9) The page should display some message that the email was sent succesfully or if it failed. Don't worry about all possible error codes.
