Cerebel user interface upgrade

The task is to upgrade the user interface by adding approx 5 pages to the UI of an existing application. ER- and class diagramms can be provided. Acces to the system is granted over a remote server first. We require regular builds and process updates. The enhancements need to be bug fixed and tested. We require the sucessfull candidate to sign Non disclosure agreements and to agree to our terms and conditions. The functionality to be added is a javascript/jquery Gant chart, which would source the information to be displayed from the existing database architecture. 80% of the information is already there. 1. The existing user credential interface is to be enhanced by adding another user type, with a different set of credentials. 2. A simple billing page is to be added, where invoice numbers are assigned to users and time stamps created 2. Content (existing files within the system) are to be linked to the gant chart bars, and are made accessible to be downloaded. 3. Once content is approved to be linked to the gant chart, a billing entity is to be created on the billing sheet. 4. Object relational mappers are to be used to enhance the user credential interface.
