Building a New Website For An adult Entertainment Company

We are designing a full website for an adult entertainer (female) this site will need to have video caht, a full cahtroom embedded in the site, photo and video galleries, with showing latest ones on homepage, a membership system that can process payments and renew memberships, we also need to have the ability to have people call the entertainer (phone sex) without them getting her number, possibly a way to tip her or donate to her room, ways to go private with her in chat, participate in polls, get newsletters, and also a adult toy store that we can brand the toys in (this could be hosted externally)
The entertainer is currently active in the industry, and this site and everything in it would be a "spec" project, the designer(s) would be given a small payment upfront and the balance to be based on revenue of the working site, memberships (pre registrations are already underway)
Two very competent designers for Joomla are already working on the site, but think we may need some team assistance in this project
