Android App Developer / IOS (Long Term Support Requirement)

Hello, We are looking for an android developer with Skills in App development. We need to create a application that should start automatically when the tablet is switched ON (Please Note: We are not looking for auto play option). The interface of the android will not be functional after installing this application. This job would be a regular one with all future updates to be given to the same developer. Requirements: 1) When tablet is switched ON, it will play our company logo animation and show the interface of the application. (NO other interface would be visible to the users) 2) Tablet will be interacting with another unit through WiFi Module. Project details: 1) Initial log in screen to connect the tablet to our website 2) Search for Network Connection, if not found search for WiFi Connection 3) Tablet registration with the web server 4) Search for WiFi devices (Our Units) 5) Set Up page - Will have options to set the display setting, Wifi device priority, Add new device, Add new camera, Modify room name, Temperature display setting.
