A mobile version of existing browser-based multiplayer strategy game needs to be developed for iOS, including iPhones and iPad. The HTML game uses satellite imagery from [login to view URL] in addition to 2D graphics. It receives data from two different servers. It will need to support a large number of players and feature a refresh rate of at least 1 server tick per second. The product of this contract is intended to be a demo for a larger and more complex full version of the game. The successful bidder will have priority consideration for developing the full game should their work be satisfactory. Further details are available on request.
