Creat a mobile application for interactive books

Please read carefully the whole requirement before bidding:: I need to make an app. Which contain many storybooks which will have interactive animations. The functionality is similar to : meegenius app of play store [login to view URL] Animation and graphics will be provided. I currently have 15 already made animations for story books. The app will have monthly subscription, or each book will have a price. That we can setup from server.. So that we can change the price in case we want. Example of storybook interactiveness:--- The story books will open and the text will appear.. and user can tap and the animation can play.. for example if a character is dancing in still image after the tap the character starts dancing..(animation will be provided) Please let me know what process you will use to create such app. I can provide you interactive books in Unity projects as well so you dont need to do the interactions. or if you want you can do it on your own.... price can be discussed later for each book. so basically provide quote for: the App that will contain the list of books when user taps the book the book gets downloaded. The download bar starts appear and shows percentage of download And user can open it after its downloaded by TAP on the book. if the book is free it opens directly if it has a price of 1$ the user should be able to pay and than open the book.. or if user wants he can purchase a monthly/yearly subscription in which he will be able to download and read all the books. Preferred if you use UNITY.. Or please mention how will u be wanting to do it. We want a website system as web graphics or html can be provided if you want.. where we can be able to set the price for the books or the monthly subscription if possible( open for discussion) and where we can upload more interactive books. or rate the books so it can be shown in the mobile app which ones are recommended.
