Creare un Sito Web Mobile

This project is composed from different parts, and it is not necessary that a freelancer should work for the entire project. The project aims to create a website for the touristic promotion of a location. The parts of the project are: 1-design of the webpage (50€) 2-structure of the webpage interacting with database (150€) 3-via-web managable database creation (100€) 4-automatic recovery of information on web (100€) 5-system for communications (75€) All parts should work in a unique solution and who creates the part n.2 has the responsibility to make all interacting. All images, features and functionalities should be general and not specific for a precise place. So for a structure, I intend an authoring system that let me customize all that. The database should manage three types of objects: a)activities b)movements c)lodges In activities, breakfast, meals, dinner, tasting tour, guided tour, museums, entertainments, relax time are included. In movements, car sharing, renting cars, taxi, public means of transportation are included. In logdes, all types of lodges (hotels, b&b, hostels, camping, etc..) are included. Obviuosly reservation functionalities should work appropriately in the database. Automatic recovery system should recovers information or book on external websites if the service is not available in the database, following specific rules. The system for communication should advice tour operators, tour guider and customers for all starting or booked activities. Some interaction protocols should be ready to connect the system with iOS, Android or Win apps Because I'm practicle with CSS, HTML, and so on, I need to know exactly how do you code any project choice and let me do modifications. Any suggestions for the application of any new web technologies are welcome, mainly to get the best in terms of positions on web search engine. (Yandex, Google, Bing) Obviously the website should be for desktop and mobile, and be very fast for uploading. The value in EUR for each part is the budget maximum available, but it could be chanced. A proof of the website should be ready at the end of September. If all conditions I require are well not reached, the project could not start. You don't need to be in hurry.
