Business App for Inventory Tracking

I am in need of an iOS app that would allow me to track type/quantity of materials which have been taken for the day, by which crew it was taken and at what job site it was used (using reference numbers and addresses. I imagine it to work as follows: 1) Taking photos of the barcodes and uploading them . 2) When that item has been used/installed, taking another photo to "remove" that material from the on-hand list and assign it to the appropriate job. 3) End-of-week report with the precise count of material that has been installed (with reference numbers attached to said report) and what is left over. I need the ability to send this report as an email and download it. Because there will be any number of contractors using this app, I would like for them to each have their own log in so that we can upload their work schedules to their "profile". Of course this means as the ADMIN we would need full access to each of their "profiles" with the freedom to upload documents and create notifications when said documents are uploaded. We are looking to start this project asap. Contact me anytime to discuss this further. We also need: at the end of each job, our contractors send us an email containing photos of that job as well as the completion certificate. If possible, I would like to be able to have their email addresses attached to the app, so they can more easily attach these photos and send them to me. we use gmail and often times the app crashed before they are able to finish uploading the photos, or they have too many photos and are forced to send several emails for one job. I would like to streamline this process and have all of this done through our app. Thank you, Jane
