Hi, this is my first mobile project. Funds are limited so I need a good quotation.
I would like someone to build IOS and Android app for complaining about things. Same GUI, simple and easy to use. The user have to register an account using their email (user login id) or using facebook account. Once they are registered, they can submit the complaint to the site. The complaint should contains category, title, descriptions and one image. I have the database structure (user, report, category and etc). If you need more information, please contact me.
This should be the first function. Once it gets bigger, more functionalities are needed in the future. Thanks.
I have forgotten to mention that before the user can submit the complaint (select category, title, description and image), they need to detect their current location OR they can search the location by input the address. Thanks.
