Android application for distribution of goods business

Please read the description carefully and bid if you can show a demo of some related work. We need an application to support the delivery of goods to customers at diverse locations. The application will have roughly following features (details can be discussed and finalized after selection of the right candidate):

1. Plan and show the optimal route for delivery of goods to customers at different locations.

2. Show the current location of all the delivery staff at map.

3. Calculate the speed of delivery vans and highlight vans that are not moving for certain amount of time.

4. Contact PHP web service to get and show the type and amount of goods to be delivered to registered customers.

5. Call PHP web service to confirm delivery of the goods.

6. In case of new orders after the delivery staff has already left the office, calculate and show the best delivery van (nearest at the moment), so that they may be informed for new deliveries through same PHP web service.

In case anything is not clear, please PM for clear specs. We need this project to be done with quality.
