The few specifications of this project lead me to the idea that is similar with the project I have worked on for the last 2 years. It also used REST API for getting, sending data, we had persistence, offline work, login mechanisms(Including Facebook which I did entirely myself). I would be able to work 3 hour/day and a little extra during the weekends. On work days I can work after 6PM GMT. I am used to Scrums, meetings and continuous communication with the client.
