Develop Geo Location based Custom Mobile Apps: iPhone, iPad and Android

I'm looking to develop a geo location App to help users locate points of interest near their current location and directions on how to get to the one they select. I'll provide a database of aprox 30,000 points of interest with the address of each one of them.

In order to consider your proposal you must response to all questions below. Proposals that don't do this will not be considered:

a) Please provide your quote to develop this App for iPhone, iPad and Android devices specifying your cost per each device type separately.

The iPhone and iPad applications need to have Retina display, be written in the latest iOS version and be backwards compatible to previous versions. The App for Android needs to be written in the latest version as well.

b) Please submit links to examples of Apps you have created in the iTunes and Android stores and indicate if you created the graphics or not.

c) Please explain what are the qualifications that in your opinion should make us conclude that we should give you this Job

d) Please start your response with "Hi App613" as a Salutation so I know you read this post completely and that you are a human.
