Create mobile app with map, storing location and photo, and sharing it

Create mobile app with map, storing list of location and photos, and sharing it. Also you must show those location on map. You can see location on map with pins like it is standard now. Just check a few known apps to see how map with pin look like. For example check in itunes apps like google map itself, yelp, point inside, PDX bus etc You can use PhoneGap or other mobile app framework to make mobile app. Use the framework which allows to publish app on both ios and android. You must also make very simple backend to store account info, list of location with optional photo of location, followed accounts/lists. Also must be table with recommended location which will be filled by us. Backend can be done with ruby on rails or php. People must be able to login with facebook, twitter, linkedin, pinterest but also must be able to create account without using social network login. User must be able to share they list on all main social networks facebook,twitter,linked,pinterest, stumbled upon etc Must work like this for storing location: User take phone, start app, push button to store location to chosen or default list. Optionally uses must be able to make photo and store with location. Must work like this for searching location: User take phone, touch on show close and then should have choice of just 2 buttons: Drink/Food and Others. After click on any of those 2 buttons must be just 4 options. My locations, Friends locations, Recommended Locations, Followed Locations. After touch on any buttons should show pins on map for all location for chosen filter. After touch on specific location pin must be 1 screen showing address, who shared/recomment location, photo of location (only if there is photo in db), date when location was shared. Of course normal touch zoom in/out on map must work like for all map apps. This is pretty much all what is needed. App and backend are simple and fast to do for those who knows what there are doing so do not bid high.
