We have published an instructional DVD for pregnant women and their partners which teaches pain control techniques etc. We would like to convert this into an iPhone/iPad app (and maybe Android in the future if it's successful, but please quote just for iPad/iPhone). This would mean designing/creating a clean/simple menu system, converting video files (about 30 mins worth), and delivering the project to Apple (we have an account already for a previous app). We include a PDF booklet with the DVD which would also need to be neatly integrated. Should also contain a subtle pointer to our website where the full DVD/download versions can be purchased. Bidders should have demonstrable app development experience including video encoding, a good eye for design, and willingness to make reasonable adjustments to get it looking right. Thanks.
