Complete features for iPhone image edit app

Our client is looking for experienced iOS development team to complete development of image editing app. Current app will need to be modified to support the features listed below. Current source will be provided. See app flow for details.
App requirements:
-Add Crop tool
-Remove edit option from home screen
-Remove filter tool
-Remove effects tool
-Remove blur during editing
-Add in App purchase options to libraries (3) total libraries
-Add PNG file support
-Add GIF file support
-Add foreground and background eraser tool
-Add app rating
-Add additional image overlay library support with categories filtering
Clarification details:
-Background eraser tool should allow user to manually remove part of the picture by selecting with eraser tool, the selected area is made transparent when user uses eraser tool
-GIF support , ability to handle, display, export GIF images. It doesn't mean to make GIF images.
-In App purchase will be based on libraries. So user can unlock libraries with purchase which we will detail later.
-We already have a custom app, the git source is just for reference since that is the library the app is based on.
-Add additional image overlay library support with categories filtering, so Dynamically add/upgrade the available: sticker overlays, Filter overlays and Texture overlays
