Apps for Radio station

I'm looking for a dedicated developer. A developer that knows his way around Blackberry, Android and iOS platforms. Windows Phone 7 is a plus but not needed. I own a new radio station that is slowly getting viral and we want to drive traffic and push it even further with mobile apps. This radio is a first of it's kind in terms of the music it mixes with so we need to be different. I was working with a dev team on the Android App but things were coming along slowly, communication is shady, bugs go unseen or tested, basic things lack understanding and design and at best time consuming. I don't need this, if your a developer or team thats so busy that you don't take these things into consideration don't apply. The developer or team I seek should be understanding of concepts, open to new ideas, have an eye for design, know how to pull shout cast track data and open to future work. For payment. Since we are a start up we don't pay in full right way but in parts and on time. The initial milestone and so on..Understand that on going payments surpassing the initial project amount can be made if we see your trying and working with us to get things going and running. For publishing, we don't own any dev accounts on either platforms but planning to sign up, if you have accounts good.
