App Programmer and Designer

I am looking for somebody who can program and design app to be put on the Iphone app store. I am trying to build a site comparable to the yelp app but with a few different features. If you are interested in this project please look into the yelp app first to see its function and be sure this is something you are capable of doing and then contact me. I need someone fully capable with coding for IOS and can develop an easy, professional mobile app. This is going to be a review site for restaurants. similar to Yelp this job needs to be completed quickly -somebody who can do both programming and design. -somebody with 300+ hours on odesk -somebody with a five star rating - I need to see Examples of your work. _somebody with strong english skills.
