Hi, my proposal is for a cross-platform hybrid app for iPhone, iPad and Android that allows customer to put in orders (which I imagine is for customers that are on the go and want to order their coffee beforehand so their order is ready right when they arrive to the coffee shop) and pay with their credit card (Visa, MasterCard or AMEX) via PayPal mobile (right within the app), after which the app will save the order to the app (in the "Order History" section) and generate a QR code that your staff in the coffee shop can scan with a standard QR code desktop scanner (which is plugged into a computer) that will show the order details in an admin system that we'll provide. If your computers systems are open and allow integration with other systems I can also look at the best way to integrate the app with your systems so everything is as easy to use as possible. Also, the app will offer a message center that allows you to send push notification messages to all users, with sales, coupons, discounts, announcements, etc. in the message. The app can be delivered for the 3 platforms (iPhone, iPad and Android) within just 7-8 weeks. i could make your app for iOS, you should provide me with storyboard and graphics ( if you need graphics to be done by me you should provide at least logo and some kind of shop style to get it's feeling in application ) but Storyboard is a must , as mentioned Delivery in 20 days.

Hi, We're capable of delivering the coffee shop application. I've delivered such application but it was a web based ordering website for restaurant. we can give you this functionality with the mobile based application. I have couple of questions: 1- do you want the message center to be public or private, means do you want the admin to be able to send message to specific user or it will be sent to all users? 2- By QR code, you want the user to reference this QR code to get their order from the coffee shop, right? 3- You mentioned "our computer systems" do you currently have system in the shop, and what is it? I've worked with PayPal for a long time before, your requirements about pre-load money in the account will require us to use specific PayPal API method which will move the application category to specific category that needs to be reviewed and approved by PayPal team, the approval process takes up to 3 months and the application might be rejected. so my suggestion is to make the order payment for the current order instead of pre-load the account with money.
