Android & iPhone App - repost

I'm looking to create a mobile website that uses RSS feeds (newspapers). When the person clicks on the RSS Feed, it takes the person to a customized page where it removes all of the links, advertisements, pictures, etc.

If you're able to create this as a native app, great! If not, a mobile version will work as well.
