Android & iOS property app - repost

I need property application for Commercial Real Estate company. For iOS and Android. iOS to be able to scale up to iPad screen size 1. It must provide list of properties for sale 2. have search function - search by land size/area/town/price/type(land-building-retails-industrial) 3. have push notifications when new properties added 3a) with option that user can select to be notified only if new properties are added that meet his/her criteria 4. Each property to have information page. Such page with property info to have details as per property info pages on [login to view URL] - link to email me, link to phone me, link to send page to a friend, link to send page to himself, etc. 5. to have ability to send notifications - i.e. if there is new article on the website, etc. 5a) to have option to send notifications to all or just certain users 6. have welcome screen with my contact details. clicking on my phone will take user to the dialer to be able to phone me, or clicking on the website opens website in the browser or clicking on the email opens email client Regards
