Android app for reservation, recharge and bill payment

Looking for proposals from experienced professionals/ groups who can design, develop smart phone / android application. This app is mainly on B2B model and consuming APIs of Bus, Air, Hotel reservations, Mobile/DTH/Datacard recharge and Postpaid telephone and bills. It shall be unique with less manual interaction and very simple but dynamic to use. Shall consider only those proposals with proper RFP covering high level idea of solution, technology, deliverable, schedule of deliverable, commitment on documentation, assurance on quality and at least 3 months post launch support with financial aspects, schedule of payment. At completion is should be a completely handed over and closed project. There shouldn't be any future dependency on any party.
