We would like to build our own cryptocurrency using the bitcoin C+++ code. We require you to review Primecoin and revise the code with the following specifications.
High level requirements
Easy to mine, Scrypt Based
Should provide source code
Should have good payout at low hashrates

Please provide a detailed project proposal. Please provide examples of past relevant experience and education. Please do not just bid without providing sufficient detail that provides details of your review of the project.
Provide the Design Document and a white paper for the coin which can be published in the AltCoin forum

To clarify an issue that might not be clear in the coin specifications.
As you know, bitcoin payment system is supported by bitcoin the currency. The nodes support the transactions and get rewarded for verifying the transactions by receiving a currency called bitcoin.
Our app works on the same idea. It is decentralized and the peers who leave their wallet turned on, on their computer will support the messaging app. The bandwidth used to support the app doesn't come from a centralized server like what's app system. The decentralized nodes support the bandwidth by using their bandwidth on their computer and get messagecoin coins in reward for use of their bandwidth. If there are 50,000 nodes supporting the messaging service they would get rewarded equally by payment of messagecoin. Our messaging app is completely decentralized.
