Create WebView based Android app for our website

Hi, We need someone who can make webview based android app. You can see webview example here -- [login to view URL] We have already website responsive, you just have to create an app that we will upload to Google Play which opens as a native app in webview. Website has file uploads, we had a problem with default Phonegap application, it's not accepting file upload. You will need to apply the trick written here: [login to view URL] We will provide splashscreen, website URL. If you like we may give you current Phonegap keystore and apk file. File upload solution should work on different Android versions. Application should not be more then a few MB's and should not consume resources by itself. If you can do the iphone app as well clearly state that and you may bid more then budget. Thanks.
