Android application FIFA world cup album -- 2

Hi i need an android application of a stamp album that is conformed by 4 modules: I provide all the images for the album. 1.-Module 1 Album Shows the tiles of the album with option to show the detail of the stamps. 2.-Module 2 Buy stamps The user can buy 10 packets which 5 stamps each packet. The user requests the id´s through an url. 3.- Module 3 exchange I can select multiple repeated stamps, then i make a connection with another user through bluetooth, when the connection is stablished i y generate a QR code with this format <code>458542</code><ids><id>25</id><id>12</id><id>2</id></ids> where id is the number of the stamp and 458542 is a random number to validate the transaction. When the other user accepts the transaction then he reads the QR code from the other device , then the user that sended the QR now scans the QR code from the other user, at the end both users enter a validation code to validate the transaction. 4.-Module 3 Progress Shows the progress of the album which stamps do we own and which ones don´t.
